Upon completion of your registration tournament administrators will review your registration. if you are under the age of 18 (eighteen), you will be sent an online form where you must provide your parents Full Name, Phone Number, and Email Address number as well as your name, email address and your Sony PlayStation Network ID. An email will then be sent to your parents notifying them that you are have requested to play in the tournament. Your parents will be provided a the link to the Parental Permission form so that they may complete the form and provide their permission for you to participate in the tournament.

6. Will my parent be notified that I am participating in the tournament via email?
Yes. If you are under the age of 18 (eighteen), you will be sent an online form where you must provide your parents Full Name, Phone Number, and Email Address number as well as your name, email address and your Sony PlayStation Network ID.
